Adrian Boone II started at Stream Realty Partners in March 2023. As Vice President at Stream Realty Partners Chicago office, he undertakes critical responsibilities in transaction management and drives client acquisition and business development efforts for office and industrial tenant representation.
Adrian’s academic journey includes receiving a BA from St. Bonaventure University. Adrian was also a participant in the Urban Land Institute/Project REAP (The Real Estate Associate Program) in Chicago, where he completed the program as a REAP Fellow. This program furnished him with a comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals, encompassing finance, analysis, underwriting, and development.
Having originally hailed from the San Francisco Bay Area, Adrian strategically relocated to Chicago in 2019 to fortify his professional trajectory. Beyond his professional pursuits, Adrian finds solace in travel, sports, and the exploration of Chicago’s culinary landscape.
