After building a diverse professional background in fashion, hospitality, and business development, Adriana seamlessly transitioned into the realm of Real Estate just over 10 years ago. After honing into Commercial and Industrial industries the last 5+ years and under the guide of industry leaders of global real estate logistics, Adriana effectively managed an average of 3 million square feet of Industrial listings in Miami Dade County's prime submarkets such as Airport West, Airport East, Gratigny, and Medley. Her tenure witnessed the successful completion of 203 transactions, averaging 41 deals annually and resulting in nearly 4 million square feet leased totaling over $124 million in closed transactions. Throughout her career, Adriana's commitment to exemplary service has extended to over 200 satisfied clients at any given time, nurturing countless more relationships with her unwavering passion for excellence.
