With a remarkable track record, Aiman has successfully closed transactions exceeding $2.5 billion, encompassing a wide range of property types, including apartment communities, office complexes, industrial parks, and retail centers. Renowned for her deep understanding of capital markets and financial underwriting, Aiman excels in strategic negotiation and complex transaction management. Her clients rely on her comprehensive market insights and keen analytical skills, positioning her as an invaluable resource for navigating the intricacies of commercial investment. Aiman's impressive record includes the sales of the region's largest student housing property and the market's largest office building. She also played a key role in negotiating the sale of the former Reno Gazette Journal headquarters—now the Reno Public Safety Center—as well as the land for the Park Lane Mall, which has been redeveloped into the vibrant Reno Experience District. Aiman is not only dedicated to her clients but also to her profession. She is a founding board member and former president of CREW of Northern Nevada and has actively contributed to the CCIM of Northern Nevada as a past board member and president. Aiman is also passionate about sharing her knowledge, having presented at numerous local events and conducted guest lectures at the University of Nevada, Reno.
