Her expertise covers Southern California, where she has collaborated with some of the region’s largest residential and commercial brokerage firms. In addition to personally closing hundreds of transactions, AJ has built commercial teams, established short-sale platforms, and supported multiple real estate-focused businesses.

Her lifelong commitment to personal development includes years of study in Buddhist philosophy and meditation across multiple lineages, including Dzogchen, SGI, Zen, Thích Nh?t H?nh’s teachings, and Transcendental Meditation, as well as formal mindfulness certification. She also practices Ashtanga yoga, Yogi-based movement, and integrative wellness frameworks focusing on anti-aging, nutrition, natural medicine, and emotional regulation. AJ’s education extends into highly technical fields as well. She completed instrument flight training through San Diego Miramar College and San Diego City College, gaining significant experience in navigating Southern California airspace and evaluating properties from an aviation perspective. Her training in auto mechanics and engineering enhances her practical, problem-solving mindset and her ability to analyze properties and systems thoroughly.
As a mother of two neurodivergent, autistic children, AJ brings a deep understanding of emotional intelligence, adaptability, advocacy, and patience to her work. Parenting within the neurodivergent spectrum has strengthened her ability to manage high-pressure environments, navigate complex personalities, regulate stress, and support clients through challenging or high-stakes decisions with clarity and compassion.
