Al Sorrels joined Majestic Realty Co. in 2005 and currently serves as Senior Vice President with responsibility for identifying and pursuing land acquisitions, development opportunities and leasing in the Texas marketplace.
Al has worked in the Dallas industrial market for more than 20 years, including affiliations with Panattoni Development and Trammell Crow Company. During that time, he has been instrumental in the development and leasing of more than 10 million square feet of property.
Al serves on the Board of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and holds affiliations with the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors & Real Estate Professionals (NTCAR) and The Real Estate Council (TREC).
A graduate of Southern Methodist University, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance and M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance.
