Alan Goldstein, Founder and Chairman of The Goldstein Group has been involved for 30 years in all aspects of retail brokerage, land assemblage and real estate finance. He is actively involved in developing commercial, multi-family investment properties and was responsible for the launch of the newly formed Investment Sales division that works with institutions, corporations and private investors seeking to sell or acquire a wide range of investments. In addition, Mr. Goldstein is a Director of ARCTRUST that specializes in the acquisition, development, and management of retail real estate throughout the United States.
In addition to being the founder of the firm in 1986, his achievements include representing property owners and such notable national and regional tenants, including Home Depot, TJ Maxx, Marshall’s, HomeGoods, Sports Authority, Shop Rite, Whole Foods, Sleepy’s, Modell’s, Walmart, Michaels, Lowe’s, Petsmart, A&P, Albertson’s, Walgreens and Pathmark. He also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Bentley College.
