Alex Ashworth, Commercial Leasing Manager, is responsible for overseeing all commercial leasing activity alongside our brokerage partners. Alex focuses on cultivating a diverse set of tenants who share a passion for giving back to the community. Prior to Kaufman Development, Alex worked as a licensed real estate broker with JLL Columbus. While there she focused on site selection and financial analysis for current clients, while also generating new leads. Prior to JLL Columbus, Alex comes to us with experience in Economic Development with the central Ohio Economic Development organization, OneColumbus. There she focused on business development for both in and out of state businesses looking to grow and capture incentives from the state. Alex attended the University of Dayton and received her B.A in Communications and a minor in marketing.
