Alex has over 10 years experience working in the development industry. In his role he holds a dedicated land and investment agency position advising house builders, developers, land owners, investors, funds, high net worth individuals and public-sector bodies on both disposal and acquisition of development land and standing residential investments.
Alex works with clients on how best to maximise their sites by drawing on an in-depth knowledge and experience of real estate development and the residential market. Strategies are therefore tailored to specifically address and target each individual site, market condition and client circumstance.
Outside of work, Alex loves activities in the mountains such as hiking and skiing. He is also a keen runner and enjoys racket sports.
