Alex Justice is a Senior Director at Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in 2013 and joined the company in 2014. She specializes in tenant/buyer and landlord/seller representation, site selection and market analysis, marketing property for lease and sale, and marketing and pre-leasing new developments. Alex, Randy Goodman, and Maggie Jones currently represent The TJX Companies, Inc., including T. J. Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Homesense, and Sierra (Northern Ohio), and are the national brokers for Rural King. In addition to representing Rural King for all of their new stores and relocations, she also represents Rural King Real Estate & Development throughout their entire owned property portfolio across 13 states, leasing/selling excess property including big boxes, vacant land, inline spaces, carve-outs, and outlots.
