Alex Lee-Bull has over 20 years of experience in real estate, with a focus on hotel investment and development transactions. Alex is based in the CBRE Hotels San Francisco office and previously worked with CBRE in London.
Alex has transacted a broad range of hotel types and benefits from a wide network of
global capital relationships from his experience in Europe and focuses on advising clients on luxury boutique hotels and experiential real estate transactions, in California and Hawaii through the San Francisco office of CBRE Hotels.
Prior to CBRE, Alex worked on the Cushman & Wakefield (DTZ) hotels transaction team where he joined as an apprentice in 2006 and completed his degree in real estate at Kingston University.
