Alex McGinn is an Associate with the market leading Industrial and Logistics Transaction and Advisory Services team which serves Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Alex’s primary role is to manage the sales and operations of the team’s agency and occupier business.
With over 15 years of industry experience, Alex specializes in multi-market tenant representation and account management. Her expertise is building client specific programs that include real estate strategy, expansion, site acquisition, account management, disposition, and ongoing portfolio optimization to drive superior client outcomes.
Alex has held previous roles within CBRE including business development for CBRE’s Retail Occupier Advisory & Transaction Services and CBRE’s Ambassador for our joint-venture partnership with Streetsense.
Alexandra joined Fameco Real Estate, LP in 2012 as a Marketing and Graphics Coordinator. She was responsible for designing and developing marketing collateral including customized presentation materials, brochures and mapping materials. Prior to Fameco, Alexandra was a Marketing Associate for Jones Lang LaSalle and has over six years commercial real estate experience.
