Alexis Easterling joined the Agency Leasing team in 2019 in the Atlanta office. Ms. Easterling’s current responsibilities include all phases of landlord representation, from creation and implementation of detailed marketing plans, to lease analysis, negotiation, documentation, and cultivating relationships with brokers throughout Atlanta. Alexis is currently responsible for a total of over 6.8 million square feet of office space within the Atlanta area.
Prior to working at JLL, Alexis began her career working in property management at North American Properties in 2014. She was involved with the repositioning efforts of Atlantic Station and tenant relations side. She spent her remaining time at North American Properties on the corporate side and worked on both marketing and the investment side of the business. While on the marketing team, she had the opportunity to be very involved in the grand opening and marketing launch of Avalon, as well as the rebrand and repositioning of intown asset Colony Square. She brings with her a strong understanding of ownership, financial underwriting, and marketing for experiential developments and value-add acquisitions.
