Alice Schroeder is a principal and co-founder of the Avant Team at Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty, bringing more than 15 years of real estate experience and a proven track record of guiding clients through some of the most meaningful decisions of their lives. Her career began in residential property management and later expanded into lending, title, and escrow, giving her a highly informed, end-to-end understanding of how transactions work beneath the surface. This operational fluency allows Alice to anticipate obstacles early, protect her clients’ interests, and approach every deal with a balance of strategy, patience, and professionalism.
