Alix Ayala, a Client Services Specialist for CBRE Hotels, joined the firm’s Houston office in February 2016. Prior to joining CBRE Hotels, Alix was the Transaction Manager for the Yu/Bijlani Hospitality Team of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services. Her role was to assist clients with the due diligence process to secure franchise approval, entity formation, hotel appraisals, surveys, environmental reports, insurance, and escrow/title needs to expedite smooth and predictable closings.
