Allie Percoco joined Newmark in 2017 and serves as an Associate for the Medical-Academic Practice Group in Boston. Percoco focuses on leasing and capital markets providing a range of client services on an agency and tenant representation basis as well as sales execution. She works closely with Boston Children’s Hospital, Boston Medical Center, South Shore Health System, New England Baptist Hospital, Samuels & Associates, J.P. Morgan and Equity Commonwealth. Prior to joining Newmark full time, Percoco interned at Colliers and CBRE.
