Ally Kirsch is an Investment Analyst at Lingerfelt. In this role, she focuses on underwriting prospective acquisition and development deals, investment sourcing and due diligence, assisting with the management of Lingerfelt’s existing investment portfolio and fund vehicles, as well as supporting the company’s disposition activities across all property types. Prior to joining Lingerfelt in 2025, Ally was a Senior Analyst with Venture Commercial Mortgage in Minneapolis, MN, where she specialized in commercial mortgage debt procurement on behalf of the firm’s clients. To date, she has underwritten over $3 billion in total loan volume and has closed over $800 million in loans in partnership with banks, credit unions, life insurance companies and the Agencies. Ally is a 2021 graduate of Miami University (Ohio), where she majored in Finance & Financial Management Services. Ally resides in Richmond, VA.
