Bio
Ally Krieger joined Newmark’s New York headquarters in January 2024, where she currently serves as the Director of Client Partnerships. Working with veterans Steven Rotter, Howard Hersch, Aaron Ellison, and Derek Feinman who lead a dynamic team of 20 professionals, specializing in workplace solutions for the top technology, AI, and financial services companies.
Recognized for her relationship-centric approach, Krieger has cultivated partnerships with 500+ executive teams globally, ranging from C-Suite leadership to institutional investors and real estate leaders. She has distinguished herself through her ability to orchestrate high-impact connections that generate business growth and deliver lasting value for her community and ecosystem.
Operating at the intersection of real estate, technology, and AI, Krieger advises high growth companies on real estate strategies as they scale, as well as driving value for the overall business through GTM, community building, and identifying capital opportunities & key talent placements. Strategic partners include Primary Venture Partners, Insight Partners, FirstMark, Duetti, Novig, and Inspiren.
Before Newmark, Krieger spearheaded the Client Partnerships team at JLL. Prior to JLL, Krieger led B2B sales at SevenRooms and Sesame, closing over $1.8M in ARR.
Beyond the office, Krieger channels her curiosity for NYC’s emerging restaurant scene, enjoying live music and curating travel experiences for friends and family.
