Allyson Birchmeier is a Vice President on the JLL Suburban Leasing team, where she plays a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing tenants for suburban landlord representation projects. With 12 years of experience in the real estate industry, including a strong background in tenant representation brokerage, Allyson brings a unique and complementary perspective to her team.
Prior to joining JLL, Allyson spent six years on the Agency Leasing Team at Cushman & Wakefield, focusing on suburban office properties. Her career also includes a tenure at Tenant Advisory Group as Director of Accounts, where she honed her skills in facilitating lease negotiations on behalf of tenants.
Allyson's impressive portfolio of lease transactions includes high-profile clients such as HCSC at 3500 Lacey and numerous corporations at the Riverway Complex in Rosemont, including US Foods, Inc., Littelfuse, Inc., Luminaire Health Benefits, Siemens Energy, Utz Brands, Inc., Wells Fargo, and Culligan International Company.
Originally from Honolulu, Hawaii, Allyson moved to Chicago in 2011 to pursue a career as a contemporary ballet dancer and yoga instructor before transitioning into real estate. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends on the lake, bringing a balanced approach to both her professional and personal life.
