Bio
Amir Abdullaev joined Essex Realty Group in 2025 as an Analyst, where he focuses on investment underwriting, asset valuation, market research, and transaction analysis.
Prior to joining Essex, Amir gained hands-on experience as a Leasing and Asset Management Analyst at Andover Management Group. There, he managed a 285-unit multifamily portfolio, supported daily operations, and oversaw tenant relations.
Outside of work, Amir enjoys training in MMA, traveling, and exploring new real estate markets.
