Amy Gresinger is Vice President of Leasing at BECO Management, a commercial real estate firm headquartered in Rockville, Maryland. In her current role, Amy leads leasing operations for BECO’s portfolio, which spans office and flex properties across the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore markets. She specializes in optimizing tenant occupancy, negotiating lease agreements, and fostering strong relationships with the brokerage community. Amy also oversees marketing strategies and campaigns designed to attract new tenants and maintain high occupancy levels. Her responsibilities include managing the entire leasing process from proposal to execution, ensuring seamless transactions and tenant satisfaction.
Amy joined BECO Management in 2004 as Director of Leasing and was promoted to Vice President in 2013. Prior to BECO, she worked as a Transaction Manager at Public Properties LLC from 2001 to 2004, where she managed government leasing transactions. With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Amy has established herself as a trusted leader in the industry, combining strategic insight with hands-on execution.
