Amy Julian is a Senior Vice President in the Debt & Structured Finance division of CBRE’s Capital Markets Group in Miami, FL. Ms. Julian specializes in advising clients on financing solutions for all commercial property types throughout the nation. She manages the full spectrum of the deal process including financial analysis, preparing financing offering memoranda, marketing to lenders and facilitating the due diligence process. Since joining CBRE, Amy has participated in over $5 billion of sale and financing transactions.
Prior to joining CBRE, Amy served as a Financial Analyst for Trammell Crow Company in the Capital Markets department, where she was responsible for financial modeling and the production of marketing materials for the sale and financing of office properties throughout the State of Florida. She began her career as a Hardware Design Engineer at Teradyne, Inc. in Boston before relocating to Miami in 2005.
Amy graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 2000, a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 2001, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Boston College in 2005.
