Andrew Alvis brings over 10 years of entrepreneurship and over five years of commercial real estate development and brokerage experience. Andrew began a real estate career with NewQuest Properties in both leasing and tenant representation, brokering over $100 million in closed transactions over the past five years.
Andrew is currently a Development Partner at NewQuest Properties, playing an integral part in the acquisition and development of nearly one million square feet of retail and mixed-use commercial projects around Houston and Central Texas, totaling well over $150 million in asset value.
In addition, Andrew is an active franchisee of Fat Tuesday, holding the exclusive franchise development rights in the Houston MSA market. Andrew is also the founding and managing partner for Wild Concepts, successfully merging a coffee shop, an award-winning cocktail program, a restaurant, and a retail wellness store with an e-commerce platform. To date, Alvis oversees operations of three Houston locations, with annual revenues exceeding $10 million. Andrew holds a BS in Business Management from Louisiana State University and is a member of ICSC and YNG.
