Andrew Boudoures has been in the commercial real estate business for approximately nine years and primarily specializes in retail real estate with an emphasis on chain store market development, Landlord Representation, and Commercial Real Estate. Andrew began his career as a Leasing Representative for Brixmor Property Group based out of their Chicago, IL office for two years leasing grocery-anchored neighborhood centers throughout Illinois, Iowa, and Missouri. He then spent three and a half years as a Leasing Representative for Schostak Brother’s & Company based out of Livonia, MI leasing a portion of their SuperWalmart shadow-anchored center portfolio throughout the Midwest, South, and Southeastern United States. Andrew is a St. Louis native who recently moved back and joined the Wm. Boudoures Co. in August of 2021.
