Andrew is a founding partner of Venture Retail, having first worked at Atlantic Retail Properties from 2006 until 2014. Specializing in all aspects of Retail Real Estate, Andrew has extensive experience working in Boston and throughout the Northeast on behalf of Retailers, Restaurants, Landlords, and Developers. Notable Tenants Andrew works with include Floor & Décor, Trillium Brewery, Planet Fitness, Sam’s Club, and Walmart, among others. In addition, Andrew has wide-ranging experience representing large property owners such as Nuveen Real Estate, Oxford Properties, Bentall Green Oak, Lisciotti Development, Scape, and Synergy Investments as well as working with local and regional independent Landlords. Andrew is a graduate of Saint Michael’s College in Winooski Vermont and resides in Wellesley, MA with his wife and three children.
