With over 35 years of CRE experience, I have extensive knowledge of the Puerto Rico and Florida real estate markets. My clients range from government agencies, large multi-national occupiers and owners to small growing companies starting their expansion in the US and LatAM markets.
In my role as Country Manager for JLL in Puerto Rico, I work with our multiple business line leads to provide the best and most cost effective solution for our clients real estate strategy in the Caribbean - Facilities Management, Asset Management, Construction, Energy Sustainability, Property Management, Maintenance, Property Accounting Services, Strategic Planning and Research.
I am licensed as a real estate broker in Puerto Rico and Florida and have-CRRP, CSM, CLS and CRX Designations through ICSC
