Andrew Ghassemi serves as Senior Vice President at SCRE™, where he provides executive leadership and oversees a high-performing team delivering comprehensive commercial real estate services to local and national clients. His practice focuses on owner/user and investment sales, leveraging deep market knowledge and transactional expertise to support the acquisition, disposition, ownership, and operation of commercial real estate assets.
Mr. Ghassemi began his real estate career at VIACOM and later transitioned into brokerage at NAI Capital, where he developed a strong foundation in complex commercial transactions. He currently leads his team at SCRE™, delivering strategic, customized solutions to both landlords and tenants. Through an extensive national network, his team provides market insight and execution across multiple commercial real estate sectors.
