Bio
Andrew Jacobs is Head of Real Estate Sales at A&G Real Estate Partners, where he leads the firm’s real estate sales division from A&G’s New York City office. He joined the firm in July 2026 and brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate investment sales experience, advising owners through sales decisions, capital markets opportunities and asset disposition strategies.
Jacobs has closed more than $1.6 billion in aggregate transactions, with a focus on the disposition of privately held real estate assets. His expertise spans retail, office, industrial and mixed-use properties, and his work emphasizes strategic positioning, market intelligence and tailored investment solutions designed to maximize client value.
Before joining A&G, Jacobs served as Managing Director at Colliers, where he specialized in the sale of real estate across all asset classes and worked exclusively with the firm’s New York Capital Markets team. Earlier in his career, he held investment sales and capital markets roles at Newmark and investment sales and advisory services roles at Robert K. Futterman & Associates (RKF) in New York City. He began his career at RKF in 2011 as a canvasser, spent eight years at the firm and advanced onto its Investment Sales team before joining Newmark in 2019 following Newmark Group’s acquisition of RKF.
His notable transaction experience includes the $182.5 million leasehold sale of Wharton Commerce Center; the $98 million New York City retail portfolio sale for NYREIT; the $41 million sale of Triangle Junction in Brooklyn; and the $41 million acquisition of 368 Broome Street. Additional transaction experience includes the $27.65 million disposition of a 70,000-square-foot mixed-use commercial building at 3870 Nostrand Avenue in Brooklyn and the $64 million sale of the Plaza at Harmon Meadow in Secaucus, New Jersey.
Jacobs received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. While pursuing his degree, he interned at CBRE in New York and Stamford, Cerberus Capital Management and Mariner Investment Group, gaining exposure to real estate and investment markets.
