Bio
Andrew joined Mid-America Real Estate-Minnesota, LLC in September of 2024. He serves as a leasing specialist focused on project leasing, and landlord representation of retail properties in the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota.
Andrew began his career in commercial real estate in 2022 as a development intern with Oppidan Investment Company. While at Oppidan, he worked on a project that debunked the city of Minneapolis’ promotion of mixed-use buildings. The following year, Andrew joined Colliers Mortgage as an underwriting intern where he specialized in the HUD underwriting process.
Andrew graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Studies. While Andrew was at the University of St. Thomas, he served as Co-President of the Real Estate Society and was also an active member in Russ Nelson’s Mentorship Program. Andrew is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Minnesota and is also an active member of the International Counsil of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR).
