Bio
Andrew Levy is a Managing Principal at Endeavor Real Estate Group and serves as a co-leader of the firm’s office investment platform. In this role, he focuses on the acquisition of existing office assets across primary Sunbelt markets, including Austin, Dallas, Nashville, the Carolinas, Atlanta, and Denver.
Levy brings extensive experience in office investment and capital markets, developed during his prior roles with leading brokerage firms including JLL, HFF, and Eastdil. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than $26 billion in commercial real estate transactions, including sales and recapitalizations of high-profile office assets throughout the Southwest.
Levy is actively involved in the community, serving on the board of Goodwill Dallas, the associate board of the Texas Rangers Foundation, and participating in the Folsom Institute at SMU
