Andrew started his commercial property career back in 1974 with Edward Erdman and subsequently JLW, now JLL, before opening an office in Basingstoke for LS Vail, now Vail Williams in 1982.He purchased the office in 2007 and merged with Hollis Hockley four days later where he worked as a Partner before retiring from full time work in 2018, remaining as a consultant until April 2025.
