Andrew joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2003, marking five generations of Nusbaums to join the firm. Andrew is currently involved in the acquisition, development, and asset management of commercial properties. Prior to this he worked as a leasing associate for S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co.'s apartment communities and shopping centers, as well as in the commercial development division working on the Wells Fargo Center mixed-use project in downtown Norfolk. Andrew is a Partner in the firm and serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
