Andrew Peterson joined SRS in 2021 as senior vice president in the San Diego office. He specializes in landlord and tenant representation throughout San Diego county.
Andrew has more than 17 years of experience, most recently with Cushman & Wakefield. There, he was awarded both Rookie of the Year and Rising Star awards and was consistently ranked in the top five retail brokers within the market. Andrew has represented more than 100 local and national retailers and currently represents more than two million square feet of shopping center listings. Some of his top clients include Walgreens, Raising Cane’s, McDonald’s, and Dutch Bros Coffee.
Andrew is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Cruz. He founded the ICSC San Diego Next Generation Committee and served as its chair for two years. He is involved with the Surfrider Foundation, a non-profit environmental organization that works to protect and preserve the world’s oceans, waves, and beaches. He is also a board member of the Randy Jones Padres Foundation which provides new opportunities and resources for kids from military families to participate in local sporting events, programs, and outdoor activities. In his time away from work, Andrew enjoys surfing, water polo, open ocean swimming, and spending time with his wife and twin daughters.
