I’ve held several leadership positions, including COO at Portal Warehousing, where I’m responsible for building out strategy, infrastructure, financial planning, and operations for the startup in the co-warehousing space. I’m also tasked with growth planning as the company expands across the US, as well as day-to-day management of Community Managers in each facility.
Before joining Portal Warehousing, I was the Director of Logistics & Operations at Pod Foods, where I oversaw all logistics and operations for a food & beverage distribution startup doing warehousing, fulfillment & delivery in seven major cities in the US. Here, I implemented operations & SLAs in six warehouses with outbound revenues seeing a 10% growth month over month. I also conducted financial & operational growth planning as the company expanded across the US.
