An Associate at Hanley Investment Group, Andrew advises retail investment clients in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant NNN investments, neighborhood shopping centers, power centers, regional malls and urban retail. He is an expert in property valuation and underwriting retail properties, and is responsible for the coordination of all aspects of the real estate transaction process including business development, escrow management and facilitating the procurement of offers.
Andrew graduated from the California State University of Northridge, and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. Before joining the Hanley Investment Group team, Andrew was a broker at Marcus & Millichap, where he gained valuable experience in retail investment sales.
