Andrew’s life can be summed up in two words: problem solver. From his childhood days building engineering creations and disassembling electronics, to a successful 20+ year career as an IT professional, to creating successful real estate investments, Andrew has focused on finding solutions to the problems in front of him. He is a firm believer in leading by example and contributing to others, as well as helping his business partners make solid returns on their real estate investments.
Andrew’s first career in IT included being on the management team that delivered S1’s internet software to banks and insurance companies, including ABN AMRO, Zurich Financial Services, CitiBank, and State Farm. His assignments took him to various parts of the United States, Australia, and Europe, implementing the FIRST online banking platforms. Andrew now manages a private equity commercial real estate business.
In 2003, after several years of buying and self-managing his own rental properties on a part-time basis, Andrew left the IT world to build a real estate business. Andrew owns and manages commercial properties, including multi-family and Retail. He has served on the board of the Georgia Real Estate Investors Association. He holds a Real Estate Broker's license in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina.
