Dutcher joined JLL after spending 16 years at NAI Ohio Equities, where he was Executive Vice President and the co-founder of The Office Brokerage Group. At NAI, he led the implementation of leasing, sale and investment strategies for general and medical office properties, as well as business development initiatives.
His expertise in the Columbus downtown and suburban office markets has earned him numerous accolades, including NAI Ohio Equities Top Producer every year since 2013, CoStar Power Broker, Columbus Realtors’ Top 10 Under 40, and recognition as one of Columbus Business First’s “People to Know in Real Estate.”
