Andrew “Andy” R. Little is principal with John B. Levy & Company, Inc. A twenty year veteran of the firm, Mr. Little specializes in structuring, marketing and placing real estate debt and equity for clients with institutional investors.
Mr. Little is a luminary in the financial community, leveraging years of experience in the commercial real estate and mortgage industries, and sharing his insight in a monthly column for the Richmond Times-Dispatch. He also produces the John B. Levy & Company National Mortgage Survey of Mortgage Conduits, a monthly research and commentary instrument that tracks conduit activity and spreads.
Outside of the firm, Mr. Little is a member and former chairman of the Investment Management Forum at the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), and a board member of Richmond Friends of the Homeless charity. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Little earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia Polytechnic Institute in 1987.
