Graduated in June 1987 from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration - Finance. Mr. Robinson became a designated member of the Appraisal Institute in 1996. His continuing education requirements have been met to maintain a current status with the Appraisal Institute. Served as the Education Chair for 1997 and on the Board of Directors from 1999 through 2001 for the Seattle Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
Founded Terra Property Analytics in 1997. Prior to that, opened a Seattle Branch for Koeppel Tener Real Estate Services in September 1996. Originally entered private appraisal practice with Shorett & Riely in February 1990.
Appraisals have been prepared on a number of property types including apartments, condominiums, offices, medical offices, industrial, high-tech, health science laboratories, hotels, retail centers of all types, golf courses, marinas, athletic clubs, and vacant land. Experience with partial interests, air rights, conservation and land use agreements and condemnation. Appraisal experience includes work in Washington, Oregon, California, Alaska, Idaho, Nevada and British Columbia, Canada. The following is a partial list for whom reports have been written.
