Andy Sitto began his career managing multiple business ventures and investing in commercial real estate, gaining hands-on experience
in entrepreneurship and property strategy. In 2023, he earned his Michigan real estate license and has since focused on delivering
value-driven solutions in the commercial sector.
At CBRE, Andy specializes in both tenant and landlord representation, with a strong emphasis on land acquisition, assemblage, and
the sales and leasing of retail properties. He represents national tenants and collaborates closely with developers across Michigan to
help them navigate complex transactions and identify strategic opportunities.
Outside of his professional work, Andy is actively involved in community service and regularly volunteers with local organizations.
He’s also passionate about sports—both playing and watching soccer and baseball—and enjoys traveling the world in search of new
experiences and fresh perspectives.
