Angelica began her career at a start-up insurance company. Over the course of 20 years at the same (now public) company, she learned a successful strategic business plan includes the ability to execute the plan; she developed critical-thinking skills by never being afraid to ask questions; and learned the biggest value in any organization is the people. these lessons learned were a natural transition to the next 6 years of her career as a consultant providing advisory services to clients including business transformation and enablement, digital and innovation. Driven with a passion to get things done, and on a mission to creating a team of curious and whip-smart people, it was a natural fit for her to join RHO Residential. At RHO, Angelica is a “Jill of all trades” where her responsibilities span across strategy (business planning, organizational design); process (risk management, communication); and people (recruiting, managing, and coaching).
