Bio
I specialize in government occupier advisory, federal leasing strategy, and mission-driven commercial real estate solutions for public sector, defense, and national security users. My work focuses on helping government agencies, military organizations, contractors, and ownership groups solve complex facility requirements involving secure space, classified operations, GSA leasing, build-to-suit strategies, swing space, and long-term portfolio planning. My background combines commercial real estate, federal contracting, technology consulting, and government business development. I have supported major Department of Defense and federal initiatives involving SCIF/SAPF planning, secure facilities, Agile software factory environments, organizational growth, and public-private real estate strategies. This experience allows me to evaluate real estate not just as space, but as an operational platform tied to mission, funding, procurement, security, and execution timelines. Prior to my current commercial real estate and government services role, I founded and scaled federal contracting businesses, including an SBA 8(a) company with a Top Secret facility clearance, and later supported growth across Native Hawaiian Organization and Alaska Native Corporation 8(a) platforms. I have led business development, capture strategy, teaming, proposal development, client engagement, and strategic partnerships across defense, civilian, and technology markets. I also previously worked in management consulting, supporting Agile software development, ERP implementation, business process improvement, and organizational change management efforts for public and private sector clients. In commercial real estate, I focus on representing and advising government occupiers, defense contractors, secure-space users, and owners seeking to align their properties with federal demand. My experience includes evaluating off-base alternatives for military users, coordinating with GSA and federal stakeholders, supporting classified facility planning, advising on lease strategy, and helping ownership groups understand the operational and contracting realities that drive government tenancy. I bring a practical understanding of both sides of the equation: the real estate requirements of government missions and the contracting pathways needed to make those requirements executable. My goal is to help clients move from concept to occupancy with a clear strategy around site selection, cost, security, procurement, stakeholder alignment, and long-term mission support.
