I began my career as a Property Manager at a boutique Property Management Company as well as assisting in Real Estate Sales. I love facilitating in finding the right space for for people. Wanting to expand and broaden my experience in the Real Estate Industry, I started working in Transactions for Commercial Real Estate. Working in acquisitions/dispositions in the commercial real estate business although rewarding lacks the personable aspect. Missing the relationship-based business side, I now work as an Assistant Property Manager in Carlsbad, CA.
Meeting new people and helping Tenants is my passion. Client dedication and love of helping others are what motivate me the most. Naturally, I love the subject of Real Estate, especially the designs of industrial and rustic based architecture and design. The prospect of finding the right space for a Tenant is gratifying and exciting. My father was a home flipper and builder and as he bought and sold homes the family moved around a lot, including; Washington, Oregon, Hawaii, Montana, Colorado and of course our home base of Southern California. The experience is what created the fundamental desire to pursue a career in the Real Estate industry. In my free time, I’m busy Cooking, Paddle Boarding, riding down the 101 on my Harley Davidson Street 750 or relaxing in the back yard with family and our two dogs and two cats. As a long-time California resident, my fiancé, his daughter and I enjoy the beach and great weather all year long.
