After I moved to Florida from Belgium, I started a successful vacation home rental and property management business in Disney and the surrounding area for over 8 years. I am very familiar with home buyer's needs as a good investment property, whether being residential or rental. Being able to speak four European languages (German, Dutch and French) will be useful to meet the European buyers' and sellers' needs.
