Anthony Beinar is the Senior Sales Analyst with CBRE’s Urban Capital Markets Team. As part of a nationally ranked team, Anthony provides advisory, analytical, and research support to deliver capital markets solutions for institutional and private clients. Additionally, Anthony is experienced preparing underwriting and data analysis, marketing materials, and executing due diligence. Relying on his expertise and CBRE’s collaborative environment, Anthony is unwavering in his efforts to provide best-in-class service to help clients achieve their goals. Prior to joining CBRE, Anthony worked for over four years at Realty Income, one of the largest REITs in the world with over 13,100 properties and a $35B market cap. At Realty Income, Anthony spent two years in Asset Management, partnering with brokers throughout the US to maximize the value of Realty Income’s retail assets, and two years in Acquisitions as the Senior Acquisitions Business Analyst reporting directly to the CIO. In that role, Anthony managed a $7B annual Acquisitions Pipeline. Anthony holds real estate license in both California and Illinois and an active member of ULI, ISCS, and NAIOP’s Chicago branches.
