Anthony Gagliano is the President and Founding Partner of Strategic Realty Partners, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. Throughout his career, he has negotiated sales and lease transactions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars, with a strong track record in the redevelopment and leasing of commercial and mixed-use properties.
Mr. Gagliano has represented a large and diverse roster of high-profile tenants and institutional powerhouses including Verizon, Lyft, CVS, the United States Postal Service, the City of New York and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. His expertise spans the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of multi-family and mixed-use assets, development sites, retail, office, and industrial properties.
