Anthony Jasenski is a Vice President for CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services group and is the National Film Production Studio Practice Leader. He has over 10 years of real estate appraisal and advisory experience and is consistently recognized as a top producer within CBRE. Mr. Jasenski has extensive experience providing real estate appraisals, advisory engagements, appraisal reviews, and conducting portfolio engagements. His appraisal experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including film studios, industrial facilities, office buildings, regional malls, apartment buildings, condominium complexes, mixed-use development projects and educational institutions. Mr. Jasenski was an adjunct professor for 5 years at Baruch College’s William Newman School of Real Estate where he created and instructed the following curriculums: Analytical Skills for Real Estate Decision Making (graduate course, RES 9910) and Property Investment and Financing (undergraduate course, RES 3200)
Mr. Jasenski is a Candidate seeking designation as a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), a Member of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Counsels Young Professionals (CREFC-YP) and is a Certified General Appraiser in New York.
