Anthony Mifsud serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of COPT Defense Properties (NYSE: CDP). Having held the CFO role since 2015, he is responsible for leading the company’s financial organization and overseeing key finance functions in support of the company’s investment, capital allocation, and operating strategies. Prior to his appointment as CFO, he served in several senior finance leadership positions within the organization after joining COPT in 2007.
Prior to joining COPT Defense Properties, Mr. Mifsud served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Municipal Mortgage & Equity (MMA Capital Holdings). Earlier in his career, he held finance and treasury leadership roles at The Rouse Company, culminating in Vice President, Finance. He began his professional career in public accounting with KPMG, where he worked as an auditor and CPA.
