Bio
Anton is the founder and managing partner of Anchor Pacific Capital, Inc. (“APC”) and Anchor Property Management LLC (“APM”), established in 2016. APC specializes in investing, owning, operating, and managing commercial real estate across Northern California. The firm focuses on the acquisition and sale of office buildings, shopping centers, light industrial/warehouse properties, and multi-family apartments. Over the past 37 years, Anton has collaborated with banks, insurance companies, publicly traded REITs, private family trusts, developers, and foreign investors, successfully completing transactions exceeding $2 billion. Beyond his real estate career, Anton is an active angel investor in Silicon Valley’s startup ecosystem. Since 2016, he has personally invested in over 200 tech startups. Before entering commercial real estate in 1987, Anton worked as an investment banker. He quickly distinguished himself in the industry, earning the honor of being the #1 company-wide producer for 16 consecutive years at one of Northern California’s largest independent commercial real estate advisory firms. Anton has also served in leadership roles, including on the Board of Directors for The Pacific Bank, a NASDAQ-listed national bank, and as a two-term board member of the Greater San Francisco Bay Area Association of Realtors in the 1990s. He co-chaired the Asian Council of the San Francisco Association of Realtors and has been recognized for his contributions to the field. Regularly sought after for his insights, Anton has been quoted and interviewed by prominent publications such as The San Francisco Chronicle, San Francisco Business Times, The Oakland Tribune, Financial Times of Hong Kong, and Metro-News. He has also appeared on media outlets including KGO radio, KPIX-TV, KTSF-TV, and Voice of America. In 1992, The City Magazine named him one of “Nine Rising Stars and People to Know in 1993” in San Francisco. Anton has shared his expertise as a guest lecturer at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and Shanghai Jiao Tong University’s Business School. His diverse career reflects a commitment to excellence in both real estate and investment.
