Arash Azarbarzin is Chief Executive Officer of Viceroy and a Principal of Highgate. Arash brings over 30 years of hospitality leadership experience, including most recently serving as CEO of SH Hotels & Resorts, where was instrumental in the growth and development of 1 Hotels, Treehouse, and Baccarat. Prior to joining SH, Arash was a founding member of sbe Hotel Group, where he served as President for 12 years, prior to which he held leadership roles at W Hotels & Resorts, St. Regis, and Four Seasons. Arash is a seasoned leader with deep operational experience, a track record of mentoring and cultivating exceptional talent, driving corporate culture, and a dedication to innovating and delivering unique guest experiences on a scaled level.
