With an eye for opportunity and a drive to learn, Arrick is quickly developing market insight across industrial, office, and retail sectors throughout the Northeast PA region. He is supported by the experienced team at NAI Mertz, gaining mentorship in lease negotiations and investment sales to provide added value from day one. Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Arrick honed his business development and operations skills as the owner operator of two businesses as he pursued his degree from King’s College/ McGowan School of Business with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship equipping him with a well-rounded perspective on business needs and economic drivers that influence real estate decisions.
